南加 Thomas Fire 延烧第13天，已成为加州历史第三大山火事件

加州Ventura地区的Thomas Fire山火事件自12/4爆发延烧至今(12/17)已第13天，目前已烧毁267,500英亩土地，摧毁超过1,000栋建筑，成为加州历史第三大山火事件，目前火势控制程度仅40%。

此外，消防单位投入超过8,000名消防人员进行救灾，这是加州历史上调度最多消防人员进行救灾的山火事件。

在这场火势威胁下，昨日官方已针对Santa Barbara地区约16,000名居民进行强制撤离动作，并对34,000名居民发布自愿撤离通知。以下为昨日晚间官方所发布的强制撤离通知：

●Santa Barbara市: east of Highway 154 to Mission Canyon Road与north of Highway 192 to East Camino Cielo

●Montecito和Summerland: south of Highway 192, north of Highway 101, west of Toro Canyon, east of Summit Road与Country Club

●Montecito: north of Alameda Padre Serra/Highway 101, south of Highway 192, east of Mission Canyon Road, west of Hot Spring与Summit Road

Sespe Creek to the west, Burson Ranch to the east, Fillmore city limits to the south与Los Padres National Forest boundary to the north

至于Ventura地区的强制与自愿撤离通知则已消除。

官方表示，预计今日晚间至明日的风势将会减弱，预计将有助消防人员的灭火行动。
