加州野火接二连三，州长批川普忽视气候变迁「不敬畏上帝的愤怒 (Wrath of God)」

加州由北到南接二连三发生毁灭性的野火浩劫，加州州长 Jerry Brown 在接受 CBS 周日固定访谈节目 "60 Minutes" 访问时归因于气候变迁，并表示总统川普忽略全球暖化的事实，这几场毁灭性的大火证明川普是错的。

Brown 告诉节目主持人，川普总统决定让美国退出巴黎气候协议是「荒谬的点子」，并表示「我不认为川普总统敬畏上帝，敬畏上帝的愤怒。敬畏使人谦卑....而藐视事实和可能会发生的存在后果实在是鲁莽之举。」("I don't think President Trump has a fear of the Lord, the fear of the wrath of God, which leads one to more humility... and this is such a reckless disregard for the truth and for the existential consequences that can be unleashed.")

根据 The Hill《国会山报》报导，Brown 在从政之前致力于钻研神学，欲成为一名耶稣会牧师 (Jesuit priest)。
