We are SavvyTech Security, a fast growing Security Surveillance Distributor located in City of Industry, CA. As a distributor/Wholesaler for CCTV products, we carry a wide variety of security surveillance cameras, DVRs, software, and accessories.
Account Receivable: contact term customers to collect money, and charge from customers for all invoices every day;
Account Payable: issue payment to vendors;
Bookkeeping, and make general journal entries;
POS account reconciliation;
Check shipping details on each order on UPS Worldship daily, and do UPS account reconciliation weekly;
Process RMA credit invoices to customers, manage customers’ credits;
Assist accountant to make monthly financial statements;
Work with external CPA firm for all of our taxes reports;
Some of office assistant jobs.
Required Skills and/or Knowledge
Must have the ability to make monthly financial statement independently;
Must have clear knowledge and understanding on journal entries and category inputs;
With CPA license preferred;
With previous accounting experience preferred, especially experience on in-house accountant;
Work hard, carefully, and responsibly.
Base salary + Monthly bonus
Annual bonus if sales amount exceeds annual objective
