-Prepare invoices on shipments
-Track shipments to customers
-Follow up with customers on invoice issues
-Create vendor bills and accounts payables
-Deposit and post cash
-Run checks if needed
-Sort mail daily
-Office Admin job such as office supply purchase
-Work with other employees and customers who have questions and need financial data.
-Associate accounting degree is preferred but not required.
-Must have taken some accounting courses.
-Previously held a position with some responsibility.
