-Provide immediate and consultant type service to customer’s request, issues and tickets;
-Familiar with Linux and Windows operation systems;
-Optimize current technical process;
-Ensure the exchange of information between China and US;
-Adhere to shift hand-off protocol.
-Can hold everyday conversation in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
-B.A Degree and minimum 1 year of IT support experience OR 3+ years’ experience in related computer work or equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrated success skills in related fields, such as IT/MIS support.
-Strong sense of customer service and responsibility
-Able to prioritize urgent matters and work independently
-Demonstrate the ability to thrive in cross-cultural work environments.
-Certified by CCNA or CCNP.
-Experience with customer support in cloud computing or internet industry.
-Red Hat certified.
