99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States, with over 50 store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia and more to come! Duties and Responsibilities:
Convey maintenance, custodial and security issues and respond in a timely manner
Execute open, close, and secure facilities at mentioned times and check for safety and maintenance concerns
Ensure to enforce and comply with all established policies and procedures
Maintain facilities and records to ensure compliance with company standards and all federal, state and local regulatory agencies
Coordinate contractors and vendors for external services including but not limited to pest control, security guards, fire alarm, burglar alarm, door access, carriers etc.; negotiation may occur when necessary
Collaborate with Safety and Loss Prevention Director and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement a thorough preventive maintenance plan
Maintain familiarity with evacuation plans and, during major emergencies, notify all persons in the facilities if necessary and direct evacuation of the facilities
In charge of Headquarters Security (Fire Alarm/ Burglar Alarm System): oversee negotiations, walkthroughs, installation of fire/ burglar alarm system, point of contact for fire/ burglar situations and maintenance, follow up with associated departments and determine root cause of trouble signals, creating emergency process flow (what to do in case of emergency, who to contact, when); maintain and update emergency contact list for fire, burglar, security codes
Manage the Security Guards Team including but not limited to creating work schedules for the team; writing operating procedures and training manuals; issuing reports and invoices; conducting weekly meetings to discuss arised issues
Supervise the Reception Team including but not limited to reviewing the existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of reception services; leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance and support; ordering reception office supplies
Oversee the Commercial Office Cleaning Team including but not limited to creating work schedules for the team; delegating tasks; ensuring facilities’ cleanliness and sanitation standards are meet; ordering sanitation supplies
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in facility management or other similar fields
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred, trilingual is a plus!
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to prioritize and execute in a deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to occasionally be on-call for special projects or emergencies on weekends and evenings
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

工作職責:
傳達維修、保管、安全等相關問題並於時效內應對解決
妥善看管各大樓門禁時間並於特定時刻留意安全與修繕
遵守並執行公司規章及程序
落實確保公司設施符合內部、地區、州及聯邦政府規章標準
聯繫、協商外部承包商及供應商所提供的服務包含但不限於:除害蟲服務、保全公司、火警系統、防盜系統、門控系統、包裹運送、等等
與安規和損失預防總監及維修部經理合作制定防護性維修及保養流程
熟悉緊急逃生計畫並於災難發生時,需能馬上反應並聯絡各單位進行撤離
掌管總部安全系統(火警、防盜、門控系統),工作內容包含協調商議事項、安排演練、裝置各個系統、擔當各系統對外的維修聯繫負責人、在事故發生後與相關部門採取後續追蹤、創建緊急事故應變配套流程、適時更新各系統的緊急聯絡人資訊
管理保全團隊,工作內容包含但不限於製作班表、撰寫營運流程及培訓手冊、彙整報告及傳送收據、舉行例行週會
管理接待櫃台小組,工作內容包含但不限於檢視現有標準程序並加入更好的方針、帶領團隊並鼓勵激發組員、提供指導和幫助、訂購櫃台辦公用具
管理辦公室清潔小隊,工作內容包含但不限於製作班表、分派工作、維護公司內部整潔與衛生以確保達到標準、訂購清潔消毒相關耗材
執行其他分配工作

基本要求:
相關科系大學文憑優先考量
1-2 年辦公樓設備防護管理或相關領域經驗
曾有管理、領導經驗尤佳
精通 Microsoft Suite 及 Google Workspace
會中文或西班牙文尤佳,若會三個語言更加分!
能清楚的以口頭及書寫方式溝通
擁有注意細節的才能
能妥善安排時間管理,在截止日期內完成代辦事項
能獨立完成個人作業毋須他人監督、協助
能在高壓環境下保持積極正面的工作態度
擁有優秀的分析及問題處理能力
能適時為特殊狀況調整上班時間包含晚上或是週末
