Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible to manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities and the affiliate channel. The individual will manage all paid search campaigns as well as planning, developing and executing marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates. Also, individual will be in charge of product marketing, information technology, and marketing communications to roll out different affiliate marketing initiatives. A successful candidate will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO team to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
Job Responsibility:
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
• Help conceptualize, launch and promote new creative, custom offers, advertising ideas and campaigns
• Serve as primary liaison with the affiliate agency, communicating effectively to strategically grow the channel
• Perform marketing research on potential affiliate partners
• Monitor affiliates and enforce company procedures around affiliate programs
• Review affiliate contracts, nurture relationships with external vendors, affiliates, and partners
• Create campaign reports that show progress and return on investment

Qualification and Requirement:
• BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
• 1 year experience in related field
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns
• Familiar with core components of affiliate, including hands-on experience with affiliate platforms as well as publishers
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Omniture, BI)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally
• Familiar with Asian brands and enjoy trying a variety of food and/or cosmetics is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual language English and Mandarin
