Accounting Assistant: Daily data entries, process accounts payable invoices, code and match invoices, bank reconciliations, maintain vendor systems, create reports, process credits for customers, assist purchasing and related activities. Perform other duties within the department as needed.
Office Assistant: Answer phones, open & distribute mail, filing, stock supplies, distribute faxes, schedule meetings, track and update calendars, and providing support to other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned. (possible helping with packing and shipping may get this position to full-time status)
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and QuickBooks
Self-motivated, team player, and a quick learner
Qualifications and Skills
Basically, be well versed in Quickbooks
keep daily data entry in QuickBooks, create invoice and bills in QuickBooks, prepare a monthly report with QuickBooks, etc...
MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS Accounting EXPERIENCE
