UC Global Trade INC is expanding! We are looking for a Full-time office clerk / bookkeeper . We want a reliable, friendly, personable, self-motivated, positive individual to join our team. This role will be half bookkeeping where you’ll be assisting the accounting department in daily data entry for financial records and the other half as an office assistant where you will be performing administrative and office support tasks ensuring that office functions are maintained in an efficient and effective way.
This position is primarily responsible for providing business office clerical assistance by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another.
Sorts and files records
Daily data entry to Quickbooks
process accounts payable invoices
Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
track and update calendars
assist purchasing and related office activities
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school education or up to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and QuickBooks
• Self-motivated, team player, and a quick learner

Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
