岗位职责
• 协助制定和完善公司的人事管理制度、薪酬管理体系、绩效考核体系、人事档案管理制度员工手册、培训体系等规章制度,并进行宣导、监督和执行;
• 协助各部门落实和执行公司及部门管理规范;
• 负责员工的招聘、录用、转正、晋升、培训和劳工关系等工作的管理;
• 协助完成员工的薪资核算以及福利的相关工作;
• 协助处理各种与员工劳动关系相关的工作;
• 负责企业文化建设,提高团队的凝聚力,提高员工的责任感和工作能力;
• 负责人力资源管理的其他相关工作。

岗位要求
• 本科以上学历;行政管理或人力资源管理相关专业优先;
• 3年以上管理及人力资源相关工作经验
• 掌握Office办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;
• 有很强的沟通协调能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、影响力、计划与执行能力
• 中、英文流利。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist management to develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company, ensure employees are informed, engaged and proficient in the use of tools, systems, processes, and policies
• Provide guidance on the implementations and execution of company policies, SOPs, compliance
• Assist with payroll audit and benefits and other compensation-related matters.
• Assist HR Manager and Department head with employee relations related matters.
• Oversees the talent acquisition process and hiring cycles of each department.
• Evaluate, recommend and manage 3rd party recruitment outsourcing vendors as needed to fulfill talent acquisition needs
• Liaison with department heads to lead and drive the execution of performance management processes.
• Lead company team-building events to strengthen company culture, provide a friendly and positive work environment for employees.
• Other HR-related tasks assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM-related majors preferred;
• Minimum 3 years of operation management and HR management experience
• Proficiency in basic office software including WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong leadership, judgment, decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking.
