Position: Customer Relationship Assistant (客戶關係助理)

POSITION PROFILE
Provides exceptional customer service to the office by performing various duties and responsibilities within the Photography learning/gear/tour start-up environment. Maintains professionalism and willingness to assist our business partners, customers and students with value-added services. This person would also be responsible for customer service over the phone and social media including Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Wechat and our partner’s website and forum etc.

After teaching photography to beginners for over 10 years, we know what is important to help a student with zero photography knowledge to master photography. LEARN, PRACTICE, SOLVING-PROBLEM. There is no way to become 10 times better photos by attending just a 2-hour course. That’s why the after-class support is so important – by solving problems you encounter when applying the knowledge. That’s our mission here.
In Fotobeginner USA, students have support from instructor from small to big questions. However, we do not stop here. We offer photography workshops and tour for our students for on-hands practice and we offer verified gear for our students to avoid all mistakes from buying the wrong costly gear. Our student success and happiness is our joy.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the office, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.
Schedules classes and rooms. Ensuring that each practice room has the necessary supplies, beverages, video conferencing etc. prior to the class or meeting.
Answers all incoming telephone calls made to the office, by following company phone etiquette expectations and ensuring communication at a professional level.
Manage all communication media made to the office including Whatsapp, Facebook Message, Wechat etc. for class scheduling, questions and sales.
Builds professional relationships with customers, partners as well as employees within the firm.
Assist on marketing team mostly for CHINESE copywriting, marketing angle and Social Media, event management.
Assist on Business Development team for schedule meetings, document preparation and maintain relationship with partners and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENT:

Must be Bilingual Mandarin and English
High school diploma required
Basic skill with Microsoft Word
Self-Starter in Start-up environment
One Year full-time experience

PREFER:
Experience with Social Media Marketing or any other type of marketing
Experience with graphic design and adobe suite or similar software
Education / Work experience on marketing, public relation, business, sales, e-commerce, customer service, sales with a track record, communication, art, travel agent, photography
Have a strong background or connection with business owner, educational organization, social work, manufacturers, art/entertainment industry, hobby/membership club or anything that would benefit our business development or brand awareness
Cantonese/Spanish speaker
