• Bachelor’s degree
• Must speak, write & read native professional level Chinese
• 3 years B2C, B2B sales management experience
• 1 year high volume outbound calling and cold calling experience
• Experience growing and managing small team
• Consistently closed $250K or more in business per year
• Has worked with CRM software
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Verifiable track record of proven sales success
• Strong phone negotiation skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• E-commerce experience on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify etc.
• Good with Youtube, Instagram, FB, Wechat and other social media tools
PAY & HOURS
Base salary plus commission
High earning potential: Uncapped commission rate of up to 25%!!!
