Real Estate Administrative Assistant 地产部行政助理

We are a large regional retail grocery store looking for an individual to join our team in the role of a Real Estate Administrative Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Responsible for Real Estate Administrative and documentation related matters
Process, prepare and ensure accuracy billing statements and rental collecting
Assisting with property management and maintenance related concerns
Other Accounting and CAM reconciliation responsibilities
Knowledge of Real Estate contract related legal documents
Communicate with stores and collaborate in cross-functional teams to fulfill project needs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Administration or related field
1 to 2 years’ experience in commercial property management activities including reporting, documentation and administration required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Strong working knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
Ability to follow instructions and work with others
Multi-tasks and customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
SAP knowledge, a plus
