We are a well-established (20+ years), high-growth E-Commerce business, with 500,000+ sq ft warehouse throughout US. We are seeking an experienced, smart, savvy and capable person to join our human resources department, who is handling and assisting all aspects of human resource processes (e.g., recruiting, staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits)
Minimum of 1 year experience managing human resource processes (e.g., recruiting, staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits) is required.
Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin), speak, read, and write is required.
Must possess strong and professional communication skills (verbal & written).
Must be well-organized, detail orientated, able to multi task, energetic, and deliver great follow-through on projects and assignments.
Must maintain the strictest confidentiality of employee information at all times.
The responsibilities of this position include (but aren't limited to) the following:
Assist with all HR administrative functions of the department and assist in handling the recruiting efforts for the company.
Coordinates and administers the new hire onboarding process.
Maintains HR system by updating employee pay information, job code data, status changes, address changes, terminations, etc. Coordinates any changes with the payroll department and benefits department as applicable.
Administers leaves of absences process in accordance with all applicable regulations, laws, and company policies.
Submits workers' compensation claims in a timely manner, respond to and follow-up on all employee medical incidents or injuries when needed.
Updates reports for hires and terms, and generates other reports as requested.
Assist in responding to all incoming HR emails from staff and management team.
Compiles and maintains personnel files and I-9 records including e-verify process.
Handles all forms of incoming and outgoing mail for the department and responds when needed
Maintain filing and organization of personnel files.
Prefer 3+ years of recruiting experience.
Previous recruiting experience in staffing environment preferred.
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
