工作職責：
建構、執行電子商務計畫以最大化銷售額、收入及最佳化使用者體驗。
與其他技術小組合作執行每日電子商務的大鋼、進度及結果。監督企劃設計、實行、測試與公開；偶爾開發網站地圖、概念模型。
確保網頁配置、參數、介面、產品資訊文字、圖片與視頻正確。替任何問題找到解決方法。
處理Google Express帳戶，充當商店與買者之間的溝通橋梁，可提出計劃或建議改善公司的網上購物型態和電子商務銷售業績。製作銷售報表及趨勢圖。回應所有在線客戶的疑問或查詢。開發新舊客戶的商機。
有20％的時間需要出差到當地的大華超級市場去巡視 。

基本要求：
市場、行銷、IT學士學位。
1-3年網路、媒體、電子商務、網頁製作工作經驗。
有成功增加網路銷售額、線上互動的經驗
能使用微軟辦公軟體、Google Analytics 與其他網路分析軟體，懂程式語言及Photoshop尤佳
良好的書面和口頭溝通技巧及客服能力，能在分店與顧客間規整想法。
必須具備中英雙語能力。
注重細節，願意學習。能夠準確地同時進行多項任務。有自信。
具美國合法工作身分。

Now, Tawa Services, Inc. is hiring Ecommerce Specialist.

99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We have store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington State, and New Jersey! We are passionate and honored to shaping the Asian Supermarket culture within the grocery industry. As 99 Ranch Market expend, we have new positions open. Responsibilities:
Creating and executing ecommerce strategies that maximize product sale, revenue and optimize user experience.
Working with cross functional teams on daily ecommerce operation scope, progress, and technical solutions. Lead project lifecycle through design, development, testing, and launch; occasional development of sitemaps and conceptual mockups.
Ensuring website displays the correct user interfaces, information, product images and videos. Coming up solutions for any concern.
Handling Google Express Account, bridge between stores and customers, and report ecommerce method and sale improvement. Produce reports of sale data and sale trends. Responding all online inquire. Develop current and new customer opportunities.
Travelling to local stores for about 20% of working time.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.
1-3 year experience of online, media, Ecommerce experience, and/or website production.
Demonstrated experience in driving online sales growth and improving web conversation.
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools and metrics. Knowledge of programming language, and/or Photoshop are plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service to articulate and analyze ideas between customers and stores.
Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a must.
Willing to learn, detail-oriented, able to multitasking, and confident.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willing to accommodate flexible work schedule.
