Jinlifu USA Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales professional to join our team. Our business is growing and expanding into new market segments, and we need a talented professional to spearhead this effort. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Possess a strong understanding of the company's products and services, the company's competition in the industry and positioning;
Build and promote strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers and understanding their needs;
Actively conduct networking activities to develop business opportunities, including proactively approaching potential customers;
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team; and
Other tasks assigned by the sales manager and senior management.
Strong communicator: Fluency in English, bilingual is a must, Spanish, Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese), Korean and Japanese speakers welcomed;
2 years relevant B2B sales experience required, preferably in Foods related industries;
BS or advanced Degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field preferred;
Strong problem-solving skills, time management, communication;
Excellent Negotiation skills, Strong decision-making abilities; and
Ability to work with multiple cultures and personalities; highly motivated, enjoy selling and up for a challenge.
