Handle cargo reservations and bookings update
Quick response to clients and follow up cargo status
Research market conditions and competitor`s sales trends
Daily sales data analyze and monthly sales report
Expand current sales channels and develop new markets
Manage GHA performance and provide guidelines and instructions
Produce sales report and specific activity document as required.
Corresponding with related departments at Head Office in China, on specific and particular issue.
Interact with all staffs to maintain a high level of customer service.
Perform directions and other assignments given by supervisor and managers.
Requirement and Qualification:
Bachelor graduate or above with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Good communication and customer services skills;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
Presentable personality needed for sales functions.
Weekend/holiday shifts required;
Ability to work independently on multiple assignments;
