Purpose.
Responsibilities include listing, monitoring & evaluating e-commerce activities & product competition. Candidate must be innovative in marketing and maintain online reputation management. The ideal candidate will be a creative team player who takes initiative, works with minimal supervision, and pays close attention to detail and accuracy to ensure there’s no interruption with our Ecommerce business to provide the best overall customer experience. In addition, the candidate will help run and manage all daily business necessities and office support.

Responsibilities & Duties.
• Manage daily operational duties for assigned ecommerce accounts.
• Maintain & optimize the website content.
• Handle any special projects that may be assigned to the ecommerce operations.
• Keep assigned accounts organized to ensure smooth and efficient handling.
• Manage messages, emails and/or phone calls related to assigned ecommerce accounts.
• Work closely with various departments that also tie into the ecommerce accounts.
• Keep a high beat positive energy with the team and help growth of the department.
• Knowledgeable of all of the products and inventories.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the above.

Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes.
• Bachelor’s degree & experience in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Deep understanding and operation of E-commerce platforms and techniques, online Marketplace and social media.
• Understand technical functions and must be proficient in (but not limited to) Microsoft Office applications (2010 or higher).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize based off deadlines.
• Able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and have a strong follow-through.
• Strong sense of ownership and a hard-working individual.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
