We currently have an open position as full time office assistant.
Professional verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to write clearly and informatively;
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Ability to stay organized, have great attention to detail and excellent follow-through;
Working knowledge of mail processes such as USPS and UPS is a plus;
Assists in daily business of managers, which includes general office work, answering phones and word processing;
Good work ethic; Consistently arrives to work on time;
ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent;
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Works well in team problem solving situations;
Follows instructions; Responds to management direction;
Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan;
Desire to seek increased responsibility;
Takes independent actions; Asks for and offers help when needed.
