Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication/customer service/organization/time management skills
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Weekend/holiday/night shifts required for airport/cargo operation
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide friendly service to and maintain positive with all customers in high standard of professionalism
• Responsible for providing customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets Customers’ needs
• Communicate with Customers by telephone to furnish information regarding fares, schedules, routings, flights and availability of seat
• Answer and assist Customers’ inquiries regarding to flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information
• Assist Customers’ requests and inquiries on frequent flyers’ program and star alliance related needs
• Responsible for providing services to Customers’ needs in according to regulations set forth by Company and U.S. Department of Transportations
• Offers options of flights, classes of service, products and services to Customers
