1. 1. Follow the daily order plan and make sure shipments are shipping on time
2. 2. Double check items are properly placed on the pallet and ready to ship out
3. 3. Ensure orders are processed by our customer service standards
4. 4. Report damaged products, and isolated them for a return
5. 5. Write BOL correctly and schedule pick up by different carriers
