E-PLEX 课后教育学院是一个拥有多种不同授课设施的综合教育机构。我们的钻石吧分部目前的主要经营项目包括：课外托管班、课业辅导、艺术、音乐、科学以及大学申请咨询等项目。
配合机构目前的经营规模，我们现面对社会招聘 K - 12年级学生的授课老师。

招聘岗位：数学/科学 指导教师 （需会讲中文普通话）

岗位薪酬：$20.00 - $30.00 每小时

岗位要求：

* 普通话和英语流利。
* 1年以上用普通话和英语教授6 - 12年级数学和/或科学科目的工作经验。
* 有丰富的工作经验(优先)。
* 2年以上教学9 - 12年级学生的工作经验(必需)。
* 2年以上代数1和代数2，几何，预备微积分、微积分以及生物，化学和物理的教学经验。
* 具有较强的管理、组织和沟通能力。
* 本科及以上学历(必需)。

工作职责包括但不限于:

* 针对每个学生制定和准备课程计划，提供特定的私教课程。
* 对课堂上所学的内容给予清晰的教学和指导。
* 关注学生情感/社会能力成长的同时，协助提高他们的学习成绩。
* 实施良好的学生行为与课堂管理。
* 协助创造一个对学习、学生行为和员工专业素养有较高期望的环境。
* 可以在主管或其他指定工作人员的指导下，定期评估和分析学生的表现，以监督学生的进步程度。
* 为每个学生定期提供成绩报告单，并上传到我们的手机应用程序。

E-PLEX is an education complex with multiple different facilities. Our Diamond Bar branch includes afterschool, academy, art, music, science, and college counseling.
Currently, we are looking for teachers who would like to work with students K - 12.

Job position: Math/Science Tutor (Mandarin Required)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job requirements:

* Mandarin and English fluency are required.
* 1 years of work experience teaching grade 6 - 12th math and/or science subjects in both Mandarin and English.
* Having a range of previous experiences (preferred)
* 2 years of work experience teaching students grades 9 - 12 (required)
* 2 years of work experience teaching Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-calculus and Calculus and/or Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Management, organizational, and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or higher (required)

Job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Prepare lesson plans for each student to teach them for private tutor sessions for specific subjects.
* Give clear instruction and guidance regarding topics learned in class
* Support students' emotional/social well-being and enhance their academic performance
* Implement good behavior and good classroom management.
* Create an environment of high expectations for learning, student behavior, and staff professionalism
* Under the guidance of the Director or other assigned staff, implement regular assessments and analyze student performance to monitor student progress
* Write a report card for every student and upload them to our mobile application.
