职责描述：
1. 熟悉了解蚂蚁机器的运行状态，配件构成，对机器运行的后台Kernel Log可以熟练翻译；
2. 对公司安排的维修计划在合理时间内完成，对公司的机器运行提出合理的建议；
3. 不断增进各类型机器维修技能，对机器的算力板损坏，控制板损坏，电源损坏，及时做出应对；
5. 随时了解公司损坏机器数量类型，及时进行维修；
6. 完成上级领导布置的各项维修任务；

任职要求：
1. 1年以上电子类硬件行业维修从业经验，有矿机维修行业佳；
2. 熟知各常见硬件元器件，熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪等焊接、拆焊工具。维修手法娴熟，技能全面

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify the issues causing the breakdown on parts or equipment
- Determine the proper methods required to dismantle and repair defective or worn out parts, utilizing schematics, diagnostics and manuals
- Assist and direct outside service technicians with in-house service and repair activities
- Inspect existing equipment and recommend the appropriate corrective action required
- Estimate the time required and feasibility of repairing or replacing defective item
- Work closely, and communicate well with other related disciplines in the department
- Use precision instruments as required
- Assist others as required
- Work after normal working hours as needed, including rotating weekends
- Previous experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting with Bitcoin mining machines
