• Maintain billing and accounting data for the calculation of commissions.
• Validation of commission calculations and research of discrepancies and disputes.
• Accounting Accruals related to the commissions.
• Administer Bonus Program to include: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual calculations for sales-related personnel.
• Streamline, organize, and maintain records of all accounts receivable tasks, including deposits, cash application, and collection efforts
• Bill and credit accounts involved with the accounts payable system.
• Prepare and mail bills or statements, and prepare lists of outstanding bills payable.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
• Process checks for payments.
• Respond to questions and makes calls regarding billing problems; act as a liaison between departments and clients.
• Audit and proof accounting entries from oversea.
• Answer telephone questions relating to bills and outstanding balances and process adjustments.
• Administer and maintain company car and Uber policy.
• Perform secretarial functions as needed such as managing office supplies and tracking/receiving company packages.
• Assist Accounting Manager in various projects as needed.
