Job Description
1. Support local recruiting process and in-house recruitment events.
2. Support local benefit program, training program, etc.
3. Manage company employee events.
4. Manage office software, hardware, portal, and related IT works.
5. Manage office and administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operation. Coordinate with office building manager, insurance broker and other related
office supporter provider.
6. Manage the company’s vehicle and travel plans.
7. Support the management of company office budget, and cash flow
projection.
8. Assist in ensuring all policies and procedure compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
9. Assist project office management.
10.Complete standard management report as required.
11.Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Chinese reading and writing skill is preferred.
3. Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
4. Good communication skills. Ability to interact with all employees.
5. Strong work
