三位孩子的妈妈 Holmgren 住在明尼苏达州,她常在Instagram 上发一些有关手作和美食烹饪的美图,并且得到了高达12万5千的粉丝。

有了人气,Holmgren 在今年五月出版了自己的第一本烹饪书 “Tales From a Forager's Kitchen”。里面一些食材是读者可以在森林找到的,包括野蘑菇,花,和野莓。

本来是想以这种独特的概念,让人们更加感恩大自然。但最近却收到很多粉丝的反馈,说有个菜谱里用到的羊肚菌若使用作者的做法生吃的话,会让人身体不适。这也就是很多人说的蘑菇中毒吧。

在这个菜谱中,作者把本来需煮熟的羊肚菌只是简单的刷洗处理,然后蘸融化的巧克力吃。但是根据密歇根社区卫生部门的数据,使用生羊肚菌会让人感到恶心,呕吐,腹痛。

很多人也在这本书的 Amazon 评论处警告大家不要做这道菜吃。

另外不少人也认为书中出现的接骨木果同样会让人身体不适。

I got sick of keeping our house perfect and clean and tidy for home showings, so we made a mess and everything felt right again. Flour on the floor, pans dirty and organic play dough to mold. This was a project that felt out of reach to me, like 'oh that's too hard and for a more organized Mom than myself' but homemade play dough was the easiest thing and we dyed the dough with organic beets, turmeric, poppy seeds and flowering chives. We packed it in Mason jars and went to the community garden to mold and make. It's wonderful how sometimes small, teeny, nothing projects, like nailing a recipe can make one feel excited or can whisper 'you can do it Mama, you can make it through this day, you are enough'.
