周三早,啪姐Dua Lipa发布Twitter声讨美联航,因为她在飞机上跟空乘人员说她妹妹有很严重的花生过敏,而空乘人员却说不能因为她一个人不给其他乘客提供坚果。

“我不敢相信当我告诉美联航空乘我的妹妹对花生过敏很严重的时候他竟然对我说‘我们不是无坚果航空,所以如果她带了肾上腺素注射药的话最好赶紧使用,因为我们不能因为她一个人不给其他乘客提供坚果。’”
一位粉丝回复Lipa说空乘人员有没有广播寻问其他乘客的意见,如果问了全体乘客大家都同意不食用坚果也可以避免Lipa的妹妹感染,Lipa回复说空乘没有做任何广播说明。
Lipa发布Twitter后不久美联航就回复了Twitter并道歉,称“乘客的安全是我们的第一要务,我们不能保证机舱环境无感染源,但我们会尽量避免乘客受到感染。”

根据美联航官方网站,如果乘客提前告知航空公司自己有过敏的话,空乘人员可能会避免发放含过敏原的食物。
