餐饮界奥斯卡 James Beard Awards 餐厅与厨师半决赛名单大公开!

被誉为餐饮界奥斯卡的 James Beard Awards 公开了 2019 年餐厅与厨师的半决赛名单,今年他们保证加入更多不同类型的名单,让更多厨师与餐厅能入围。接下来在裁判与会员投票之后,这个长长的半决赛名单将会缩减至每个类别五名成为获奖者,将会于 3/27 公布。

目前各种奖项的类别分别有最佳新开幕餐厅、最佳烘培师、最佳酒吧节目、最佳厨师、最佳甜点厨师、最佳餐厅、最佳餐厅经营团队、最佳服务、最佳葡萄酒节目、最佳葡萄酒烈酒啤酒生产商、最佳新秀厨师、以及将美国分成十个区域,像是美国西部、中西部、南部、五大湖区、中大西洋地区、纽约等等,每个区域都公布了不同的最佳厨师候选名单!
