定单管理员

•檢查庫存以確保产品在库存中并满足客户订单数量;
•計算價格和任何適當的折扣;
•處理客戶投訴;
•準備合同和發票;
•驗證和更新客戶信息以确保信息是正确的;
•檢查客戶賬戶和未付款項;
•通知客戶發貨日期和任何可能的延誤;
•通知相關部門的訂單和裝運日期;
•評估訂單的準確性和完成情況;
•努力銷售客戶額外的商品;
•記錄所有收到的訂單;

任职资格：
较强的中英文交流、书写能力；
能够快速，高效的解决问题，具有卓越的组织和时间管理能力；
能够熟练使用客服工单系统、CRM以及ERP订单处理系统（Magento优先考虑）；
熟练使用office系列软件，具有一定的数据分析能力；
2-5年客服工作经验；


Order Entry Clerk

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available;
• Computes price and any appropriate discounts;
• Handles customer complaints;
• Prepares contracts and invoices;
• Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date;
• Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments;
• Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays;
• Notifies appropriate department of order and shipping date;
• Reviews orders for accuracy and completion;
• Strives to sell customer additional merchandise;
• Files copies of all orders received;

Qualification:
• Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in Chinese and English;
• Positive customer service mindset exceptional organizational, follow-up and time management skills;
• Experience using tickets system, CRM and Order Processing ERP system (Magento preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to data analysis;
• Two to Five years prior full-time customer service experience;
