我们招聘的是一位专业的媒体运营人才,加入到德成行的互联网团队。媒体运营主要负责德成行北美线上的媒体渠道,协助市场经理执行做好品牌的公关工作。媒体运营会根据品牌的战略规划来策划一系列的公关活动,包括微博、微信、FB等日常运营。我们希望你是文采偏偏,妙语连珠的段子手;出口就是金句,被你相中的题材就是头条。执行力强,专注于品牌的推广和搭建。
工作职责:
• 协助品牌经理制定媒体推广策略,创造独有的品牌推广风格和流程,强势圈粉,增加品牌的影响力
• 负责与相关媒体的对接,维护和其他媒体的合作关系,推动互惠合作
• 创建和发布公司品牌相关的新闻稿、媒体关系内容,案例研究,公司简报内容,社交媒体内容和产品相关内容
• 负责产品相关文案及软文的撰写,参与营销活动策划、品牌推广策划
• 协助网站运营经理搭建网店内容板块,创建优质的原创内容及视频
• 负责品牌媒体渠道的运营,如:官方微博、微信公众号、论坛账号、FB等
任职要求:
• 大学本科以上或同等学历,商科、市场营销、公关关系、传媒传播等相关领域优先,
• 有食品/个户美妆/保健品/互联网或电子商务方面的经验优先,至少两年文案创作及和编辑的经验
• 有创意、概念性和逻辑性,对新产品和现有产品及热销品,作研究分析,能编辑介绍产品并发布文案,有一定的文案功底者优先
• 熟悉中美社交媒体,能搭建品牌的社交媒体,具有相关常见社交平台经验者优先,如:FB、YouTube、微博、微信公众平台等
• 熟练运用各办公软件(包括Excel, Word和PowerPoint),具备良好的中英文听、说、读、写的能力
• 加分项:有摄影经验,会使用PHOTOSHOP和图片编辑等技巧

Marketing Content Assistant

We are hiring a professional Marketing Content Assistant to join T S Emporium eCommerce team. This position is mainly responsible for the media channels for T S Emporium and assist the marketing manager in implementing the brand's PR work. Media operations will be based on the brand's strategic planning to plan a series of public relations activities, including Weibo, Weixin, FB and other daily operations.
Ideal Candidate Description: You possess the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with the members of the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist brand managers in formulating media promotion strategies, creating unique style and design process of brand promotion, strong execution in increasing brand influence;
• Responsible for connecting with relevant media outlets, maintaining cooperation and promoting reciprocal cooperation;
• Create and publish company brand related press releases, media relations content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content and product-related content;
• Responsible for product related presentation writing, involved in marketing and branding planning;
• Assist eCommerce Manager to build online store content to create quality original articles and video;
• Responsible for company brand media channels, such as: Official Weibo, Weixin, forums, FB, etc.;
• You can take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or managers;
• You strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverable meet or exceed expectations;
• You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills;
• You can foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure;
• The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds;

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, public relations, mass media or related field. Marketing experience in food/cosmetics/nutritional products/eCommerce preferred;
• 2+ years of managing marketing and sales development;
• 2 + years of digital & social media campaign experience;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in Chinese and English;
• Familiar with Chinese and US social media platforms and working experience building branding on social media (example, FB, YouTube, Weibo, and Weixin and other relevant social media platforms);
• Knowledge of basic HTML;
• Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture;
• Direct experience managing digital assets;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables;
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy;
• Flexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments;
• Have a creative mindset with strong knowledge of social content and platforms;
• Familiar with industry trends in marketing innovation;
• Grace under pressure - calm and logical problem solving when issues arise;
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills;
• Content writing for webpages and blogs is a must, proven track record in content writing and research analysis for products - will have to provide writing samples;
• Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
• Experience using project/process management tools;
• Some knowledge of photography, Photoshop and rendering is a plus;
• Comfortable with ambiguity;
