What you will do:
-Create year-long calendar of marketing campaigns, manage timeline, set up campaign, decide proper discount amount of the promotion, design campaign content, and collaborate with cross-functions on executing and launching key initiatives.
-Be responsible for ideating and executing a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the overall campaign and will oversee content execution that aligns with integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
-Deliver data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing a campaign management tool, performing activities such as audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, and segmentation.
-Depend on different marketing channels, build campaigns and make sure there is no overlap or conflict among all the channels, and provide support related to page data analysis and solve related problems.
-Conduct website page optimization research to make suggestions on website, improve utilization and optimize shopping process to achieve a user-friendly website.
-Track page data, including page engagement and conversion rate. Provide real-time feedback and insights related to marketing channel and page adjustment.
-Find actionable strategic insights through funnels, cohort analysis, user segmentation, retention analysis and regression models to help us grow sales.
-Analyze activity-related data using BI tools and Google Analytics to complete campaign reports and monthly reports and provide relevant insights as well.
-Liaising regularly with internal teams as well as Creative Team, Social Media Team and Merchandising Team to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign.
What you will bring:
-BA/BS in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics.
-2+ years’ experience with building and running end-to-end campaigns, including planning, execution and hind sighting.
-Experience with marketing channels, user analysis, and page analysis.
-Familiarity with SQL, Power BI and Google Analytics.
-Deep understanding of an ever-changing marketing landscape and experience in project management.
-A deep understanding of how to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, to develop strategic campaigns.
-Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
-Self-motivated, learn autonomously, and highly organized.
-Familiarity with R or Python is a plus.
