Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Nature of work: full-time
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above
Work location: Chino
Job description:
1. Make production schedule.
2. Manage production line or processing.
3. Order new supplies in a timely manner.
4. Constantly work to improve processes.
5. Make suggestions for productivity improvements
6. Optimize employee workflow
7. Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs
8. Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
9. Communicate and collaborate with other team members
10. Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
Job Requirements:
1. Forklift Operation Certification.
2. 1 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
3. Ability to supervise goods inventory and raw material inventory.
4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
5. Team player, hardworking & responsible
6. Base level for Microsoft word, excel and email.
7. Good time-management skills.
8. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
9. A legal tax status.
10. Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (Required).
