Job Title: Account Receivable/Payable Clerk

Job Description:
• Review and match Account Payable invoices
• Prepare and issue invoice to customers
• Set up vendor account
• Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or related field
• General knowledge of accounts payable cycle and general ledger accounting
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
