Job Description:
• Prepare regular invoices and commercial invoices and process check deposit through the online bank system
• Credit check for new customers and release orders and issue credit/debit memo for return products
• Revise working hour data report for payroll check
• Support the purchasing department for transfer orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or related field
• General knowledge of accounts receivable cycle and general ledger accounting
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
