工作職責：
與電子商務郵購團隊合作，規劃消息傳遞，並在發佈時間之前調整創意工作。
提供營銷資產的快速周轉，包括日常電子郵件、目標網頁、主頁更新、促銷、展示／聯盟營銷橫幅等。
負責從概念到實施的項目，包括平面設計、創建原型／模型、開發、編碼、測試和調試。
實施在線體驗的願景；包括設計，信息架構和品牌標識，確保整個視覺呈現的一致性。
與電子商務和市場營銷的同事以及第三方和其他關鍵利益相關者合作，以捕獲設計要求，並將其轉化為推動業務成果的設計解決方案。
升級、維護和提供網站，宣傳廣告和廣告橫幅的持續高級設計，以及視覺上引人入勝和品牌適宜的季節性內容。
有能力引導創意項目，把它們從概念化到完成。
執行分配的其他職責。
基本要求：
平面設計學士學位或相關領域
3到5年的電子商務業務的網頁設計經驗
熟練使用以下程序和語言：Photoshop，Adobe Illustrator，HTML/DHTML，CSS，JavaScript。
了解Web標準，跨瀏覽器兼容性和圖像優化技術。
能夠在快節奏的團隊環境以及個別項目中承受壓力。
能自我協調多重工作的能力、時間管理和組織能力。
具中英雙語能力
上班時間可配合調度.以配合部門需求（週末.、國定假日、可排班）並能配合出差。
必須合法在美國工作

Now, Tawa Services, Inc. is hiring Graphic Designer.
99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We have store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington State, and New Jersey! We are passionate and honored to shaping the Asian Supermarket culture within the grocery industry. As 99 Ranch Market expend, we have new positions open. Responsibilities:
Partner with the E-Commerce Merchandise team to plan out messaging and align creative work ahead of delivery times.
Provide quick turnaround of marketing assets including daily emails, landing pages, homepage updates, promotions, display/ affiliate marketing banners, etc.
Responsible for projects from concept through implementation – including graphic design, creating prototypes/mock-ups, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
Implement the vision of the online experience; including design, information architecture & brand identity, ensuring consistency across the entire visual presentation.
Work collaboratively with E-Commerce and Marketing colleagues, as well as third party and other key stakeholders to capture design requirements and translate them into design solutions that drive business results.
Upgrades, maintains and provides ongoing advanced design of the website, promos, and advertising banners as well as seasonal content that are visually compelling and brand appropriate.
Ability to lead creative projects and bring them from concept to completion.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
3 to 5 years of web design experience in an Ecommerce business
High level of proficiency with the following programs & language: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Firm understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and image optimization techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment as well as for individual projects.
Exceptional coordination, multi-tasking ability, time management & organization skills.
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must, Spanish a plus.
Be able to accommodate flexible work schedule and travel when needed.
Authorized to work in the United States.
