Assist or execute the following responsibilities:
- Implement marketing activities required to increase brand awareness as well as the differentiation of company products vs. the competition
- Follow up all sales leads from different sources, such as Alibaba, phones, e-mails, fax, web site, on line inquiry
- advertising campaigns targeting health industry journals to increase company’s exposure to health industry with assistance
- Update items such as website, brochures, point of purchase displays, catalog layout and design, trade show exhibits, new product introduction, etc.
- Tailor activities and products in each of our major international markets to better suit the demands of the market
- Recognize potential products and channels of distribution and recommend strategic initiatives to grow the channel(s)
- Support the supervisors on day-to-day issues
- Communicate and interact with cross-departmental co-workers and international affiliates on project development
- Support efforts in exploring new potential area for business development
- Respond effectively and efficiently to inquiries and sale leads from existing and potential customers on a timely basis, qualify buyer, prepare price list, price quotation, and create pro-forma invoices and export document packages
- Provide administrative follow-up concerning getting products through the system and bringing the product to a specific international market
- Provide post-sale customer services
- Provide confidential support and/or execution of other marketing activities related to both domestic and international markets, including advertising, media planning, promotion, positioning, strategic development, field marketing, local marketing, consumer research, sales analysis and new market feasibility studies
- Prepare and apply licenses for export/import documents and foreign registration need to assist sales
- Contact varies of US Health Agencies, ex. FDA, Health Department
- Coordinate daily operations and handle office tasks such as correspondence, shipping, file management and database administration. Warehouse control (Inventory Control), inventory management Customer Service, shipping
- Review sales contracts, purchase contracts and create if needed for OEM service
- Travel up to 20% both domestic and internationally

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year in related field
- Excellent verbal and written skills, supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure
- Bilingual in Chinese/English is preferred
