Generate new business using consultative sales approach. Call qualified leads, schedule follow-ups and close the deal. no experience required Follow up on all leads and maintain a very active pipeline daily. Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive & results driven Prepare documentation and provide solutions to clients. Good business acumen, with the ability to understand a prospect’s business model in a variety of industries Serve as an enthusiast for company's product options. Good organization and multi-tasking skills Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with clients Literally change the landscape of small business financing one conversation at a time! Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future. Ability to work with a limited amount of supervision. Have a meaningful impact on the company's future. – Searching for potential property acquisitions and short term bridge loan opportunities, with a focus on the five boroughs (especially Brooklyn); – Analyzing and conducting due diligence and presenting potential opportunities in an organized and detailed fashion; – Canvassing for potential purchases, with an emphasis on using our proprietary database of leads to cold-call specific owners, borrowers – Preparation for closings; and – Light administrative work.
